I'm loving this look!!
I went ahead and painted all of my nails white with Sally Hansen's "White Out" and then took four bright neons and used the end of a drinking straw to achieve the look!!

DeleteI tried to do this a few times and never worked~! I couldn't get the circles on my nails, I only got smudges :( Yours came out really nice!

It was actually fairly simple! I'm still playing around with water marbling, sometimes it works and sometimes I wanna throw the bowl of water across the room lol .. Let me know if you try it out!!
