The Skincare Series: Eye Cream

We're moving right along in the Skincare Series with some of what I think are the best eye creams. Don't forget, so far we have covered Moisturizers, Facial Cleansers & Face Masks already.

I won't lie, I have a severe phobia of wrinkles, crows feet and fine lines. It's pretty serious. So I tend to think of it as a mission of mine to find the best under eye creams around. When I look for one, I usually look to see if it boasts itself as a "anti-wrinkle eye cream" or "anti-aging eye creams". Today I have some eye cream reviews for you of what I believe are some of the best.

Whether or  not you're as concerned with fine lines and wrinkles as I am, an eye cream should still be an important part of your everyday skincare routine. Anti-aging skincare provides us with many benefits and with most eye creams you can help to care for your skin better.

H20 Plus Marine  Restorative Eye Cream is rated one of the best eye creams in 2012. A calming under eye cream infused with green tea to reduce redness and deliver brighter, smoother skin. I received this sample in a subscription box and used it through out the summer while I was traveling because it was small enough to fit in my makeup bag. This is a moisture intensive cream to reduce the look of fine lines around the eye area. Since it is applied so close to the eye I love that it is paraben fre and acceptable for sensitive skin. I've been able to notice a significant difference in the my under eye area within 3 weeks of use. This is available in a full size bottle for $32.00 here.

Skin & Co Roma Eye Gel is one of the best eye creams for dark circles. I love that it is in gel form because it's so light weight when applied. "Due to its blended content of Sodium Hyaluronate and Tuber Melanosporum extract, it helps the skin appear smoother and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles." It has a special truffle formula that lends to a beautiful scent which is always nice for something you are applying to your face, when my go to DIY Beauty Tricks for getting rid of under eye circles and puffiness doesn't quite get the job done, this is my go to product. DG Body Eye Serum is like finding drugstore gold. It's a cream serum which is super moisturizing and is a great eye wrinkle cream. It's gentle enough that if you get it to close to your eye it doesn't cause any irritation. It's a complete dupe for Olay Eye Cream and is a fraction of the price. This beauty is available for under $3 at Dollar General.
