B.O.S.S Girls, Inc. is a non-profit focused on the transition from girl to B.O.S.S is a woman who is Business-Oriented, Savvy & Sophisticated.

B.O.S.S Girls, Inc. offers girls from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to make a dramatic change in their lives by giving them the tools to succeed and encouraging them to dream big. When it comes to business, these girls have a double disadvantage due to their gender and their socioeconomic status.

When I first heard of this company, I knew it was something I wanted to support. It's such an awesome cause and I think what they do is absolutely amazing. They're using an intensive entrepreneurship to teach teen girls how to build their own successful business from the ground up. You can find out more about their program {{HERE}} 20% of all products sold goes to fund their B.O.S.S. Girl Small Business Grant. Starting out, one outstanding teen girl will be awarded up to $500 towards starting her own microbusiness. This is something that really struck me, they have their own Etsy shop where they sell amazing artisan bath & body products as well as Gourmet Delights like lollipops and candy and they are using that money to help young girls start their own business, I think that is definitely something to stand behind, plus we all know I love me some bath and body products!! I was lucky enough to receive some product from the ladies behind B.O.S.S Girls Inc and let me just tell you, I will be going back for more!

Body Polish 'Guava' Oh Em Gee!!! This stuff smells amazing, I could smell it through the box that it showed up in, I'm not ashamed to admit I ripped the box to shreds just to find the culprit of this amazing scent. This is a pure cane sugar scrub that is meant to be used in the bath or shower while wet and then rinsed. It's extremely exfoliating and yet super gentle while leaving you with a tropical scent that lasts. The moisturizing quality of this, was beyond any scrub I have tried to date, my legs were soft for days. The smell? Guava. Sign me up!! They're sugar scrubs retail for $12.50 for a 6 oz tub. They're scent choices are to die for, I can't wait to pick up the Thai Cocunut & Lime next!

Luxury Bath Salts 'Guava' after smelling the body polish let me just tell you how excited I was for my relaxing bath on Sunday, I couldn't wait to pop these babies in the tub and just relax! These made my bath even more enjoyable then it usually is, the smell is so tropical if I closed I could *almost* imagine that I was on a beach somewhere in the caribbean, ahh one can dream right? I love bath salts, they have so many healing properties and this is perfect for someone looking to relax and ease those aches and pains. Their bath salts retail for $13.95.

Handcrafted Natural Soap 'Guava' this soap is made with mango butter, shea butter and coconut oil and lathers up quite nicely. My favorite part of this soap that I couldn't capture in the photo is that is has glitter on top of it! Glitter, soap and guava are my new favorite things! I'm officially obsessed, I have a soap addicition as it is and this only fueled that. So when I went browsing through the Etsy shop I found that B.O.S.S Girls Inc. has a soap of the month club, how cool is that? For $37.53 you get a new soap right to your door once a month for 6 months. That is so cool!

I really enjoyed this set of products and I seriously can't recommend them enough. I think what they're doing for young girls is amazing and the product they put out is just as amazing. I am also looking forward to getting my hands on some of these handmade lollipops.
