#NOEXCUSES Full Body Workout #7

Can y’all believe it is nearly the end of the year?? Where in the world has time gone?? With all things coming to a close, typically our workouts start to slack around the holiday season. But you are in luck because the #NOEXCUSES Workout Series is made especially for the excuses that start building during this time of year. The workouts can be performed anywhere…no gym membership required. Just grab some water and a towel, throw a headband on to keep your hair out of your face (if you need one!) and let’s get to working out!! #NOEXCUSES

With the holidays quickly approaching, don't let your excuses get in the way of your workouts. Check out the latest #NOEXCUSES Workout to keep you on track!

The way this workout flows is that you do the first 3 exercises back to back, repeating 3-4 times all the way through. Then you move on to the next set and repeat 3 times through and then finally, the last set, repeating 3-4 times all the way through.

If you want to make this workout more challenging, add some dumbbells into your squats and lunges.

Remember, if you are brand new to exercising, please check with your physician prior to starting any exercise program.
