Pairing it with fresh, juicy peaches seemed like a perfect match up for this epic cocktail. Frozen Peach Bellini This is a super easy cocktail to make, so I started with 1 fresh peach. I quartered the peach while slicing and tossed them into a food processor. You want to process them until liquefied and you get a thin puree, I added a tablespoon of water. I tossed the mixture into a blender with about a cup of ice and a little bit of mango juice. Peach Bellini Recipe Add your blended mixture to your glass and then fill with Andre Extra Dry. Ingredients
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Mango Juice
Instructions
  1. Puree Peach
  2. Add to peach mixture to the blend with ice
  3. Pour into glass
  4. Add champagne
