TUACA Warm Apple Pie

The perfect fall cocktail! A Tuaca Warm Apple Pie. Have I got something spectacular for y’all today. One of my favorite parts of fall is apple cider and do you know what’s better than apple cider? Spiked Apple Cider. This Warm Apple Pie cocktail is pure perfection for fall. I am loving it. I originally saw the Hot Apple Pie recipe from TUACA and decided that I wanted to create my own variation of this cocktail. TUACA is a new favorite in our home, the weather is getting crisper and cuddling up on the couch with this cocktail and a good movie is perfection. TUACA is a vanilla citrus liqueur 500 years in the making. Delicious doesn’t begin to cover this, it’s so smooth and is the perfect addition this this cocktail and many more. TUACA captures the essence of its Italian roots. TUACA began as a legendary liqueur created for Lorenzo de Medici, ruler of Florence and visionary benefactor of renaissance art and architecture. The recipe was rediscovered in 1938, when brothers-in law Gaetano Tuoni and Giorgio Canepa recreated the spirit and gave it a new name- TUACA. American servicemen drank TUACA in Italy during WWII and brought TUACA home to the U.S., introducing the liqueur to an entire new generation of adventurers! I’m excited to be along for the adventure. Before we get started with my Warm Apple Pie adaptation, I wanted to share the Tuaca Mule recipe with y’all because you know how I feel about mules! Most people will add vodka to their mule, I have to tell you, once you try a TUACA Mule, you won’t want to go back. TUACA Mule Ingredients:

  • 2 oz TUACA Liqueur
  • 4-6 oz of ginger beer or ginger ale

Instructions: Squeeze lime into a copper mug filled with ice. Drop lime into mug, then add TUACA and top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Stir gently and enjoy. TUACA Warm Apple Pie Now for my cocktail, I went with the original Tuaca Hot Apple Pie recipe with a few minor changes because it’s already perfect on it’s own. I grabbed some Apple Pie Spice to sprinkle in the cider and a top the whipped cream. Warm Apple Pie Cocktail Once I heated up the cider, I let it cool just a bit before garnishing it, I wanted this drink to be warm and not too hot. I’m more of a room temperature kind of gal. So I give you the Warm Apple Pie. Warm Apple Pie Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz TUACA
  • 6 oz warm apple cider
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • Cinnamon sticks

Instructions: Warm your cider, I microwaved it for about 45 seconds. Mix one tsp Apple Pie Spice into your cider. Pour ingredients into a heat safe glass or mug. Garnish with whipped cream, the rest of the apple pie spice and a cinnamon stick or two. Warm Apple Pie Cocktail TUACA The best part of TUACA is the soft citrus and vanilla essences. You’re getting a super smooth and intriguingly spicy fruit-based flavor. For this reason, pairing it with crisp apple is pure perfection. There’s also a subtle hint of cocoa making it that much better. Warm Apple Pie Tuaca is versatile, you can do so much with it.
