We tend to be our own worst critic, we let comparison steal our joy, we get overcome with thoughts about how we aren’t enough and my goal with this challenge through the month is to share with you ways that you can feel better about yourself and I hope that by the end you’ll all join me in being a little nicer to ourselves <3
