Little Black Dress

You can never have too many Little Black Dresses in your closet. I am always searching for new ones because the truth of the matter is, you can wear them anywhere! With the holiday season coming up, if you ladies are anything like me the search for a little black dress for Christmas parties & New Year’s Eve parties is on and sometimes those to die for babies are just out of our reach with those crazy price tags, so I wanted to go ahead and give y’all a few choices!

All ten of these little black dresses are affordable and under $50 a piece! If that wasn’t awesome enough of on it’s own… They’re each super quality and will last! I just grabbed two from this list! Shh, don’t tell my husband! He will tell you that I have too many and that they all look the same, but us gals know that is so not true! Every girl needs a little black dress, or two, or ten 😉 I mean, really, how many is too many?!?

CHECK OUT SOME OF MY FAVE LITTLE BLACK DRESSES BELOW!
Tiana B Envelop Sleeve $48
NY Collection Women’s Petite Roll Tab Solid Crepe Dress $28
Julian Taylor Women’s Sleeveless $49
Doublju Mini Dress with Henley Neck  $25
Patty Women Sexy Drape Cowl Neck $37
Ever Pretty Lace Empire Ruffles $27
Alki’i V-Neck double fabric bodice $25
Ever Pretty 3/4 Sleeve Sexy V-neck $40
Lindy Bop Vintage 50’s Audrey Hepburn Dress $46

What do you look for when you’re choosing a little black dress? Are you going for short, long, sleeveless, or strapless? Are you going after name brands or are discounted dresses alright with you? I feel like picking the perfect black dress is essential and I usually go for all kinds. I am more so inclined to go after the cute vintage dresses though so the Audrey Hepburn dress above is something I just HAD to have as soon as I saw it, gorgeous! Another one I am really impressed with Cowl Neck dress because it leaves you open to pair it with a cute pair of heels and a pretty bold statement statement necklace for the perfect date night look!

I have not had a little black dress in some years. I had one with no sleeves and I use to wear different color sweaters.

A little black dress is a must for every woman’s wardrobe. You have a great round up here and I would be happy to have all of them in my closet!

I love all of these little black dresses but that $40 one is totally my style! I actually need to find a new little black dress soon so thank you for the great ideas!

I think the last of the little black dresses is most “me” — super casual. I’m so boring with clothes tho!

I like the Audrey too but not sure my body type can pull it off. I did just pick up a great LBD from Calvin Klein for $30 at Dillards. It’s black lace on the top with a satin skirt. I agree we need more than one.

I love the Audrey Hepburn inspired LBD! I need some help in the shape department so the fuller skirts work for me!

I like the $40 and $25 ones best, though all the Little Black Dresses in the collage look nice. I actually do not have a little black dress in my closet at the moment. I really need to remedy that once my baby is born!

I am a huge fan of the LBD. My favorite is a fitted but flattering vneck and sleeveless or strapless little black dress!

    Those are all crazy affordable! They are so cute, too. I think the one on the bottom left would fit my body type the best {well, once I’m not pregnant anymore!}

I have a variety of them, some with long sleeves and some without sleeves. You sure found a great variety of affordable cute options!

    WANT. THEM. ALL.
And a body transplant so I can look smokin’ in them.

🔟 Creating this community has been one of my favorite things about life. What will you find here?! Easy beauty tips and tutorials, attainable fashion, endless Amazon finds, but also the UNCOMFORTABLE stuff: pap smears, depression, anxiety, the effects my husbands addiction had on our marriage, eating disorders, struggles with fertility, body acceptance, and being comfortable in your own skin. I try to keep it as real as humanly possible. Being so vulnerable all of the time isn’t the easiest thing but if it helps just one person feel less alone, I’m good! ⠀⁣

Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thin Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. ⁣
⁣
We’re about two hit two years since Jim entered rehab and I’m forever proud of the changes he made and the man he has become⁣
⁣
For the person reading this who loves an addict. It’s changed you, I know. It made you a little harder to reach. It made getting out a bed a little rough. It’s isolated you from groups of friends. Your hearts a little more closed off then it once was. Your trust is a little bit broken. You’ve felt more alone then you ever have. You’ve felt judged. You’ve felt betrayed. You’ve felt at fault.⁣
⁣
Whether you’re past it or still in the trenches. I want you to know some things. ⁣
⁣
I need you to know that it’s not your fault. I need you to know that you could not have done anything differently. I need you to know that you can’t cure it. You didn’t cause it. And you can’t control it. ⁣
⁣
Most of all I need you to know that it gets better. I need you to know that it’s ok to feel happiness again. It’s ok to put yourself first. It’s ok to take care of your. ⁣
⁣
And you’re not alone. ⁣
⁣
I promise you that there’s a light on this side of the tunnel just waiting for you to walk through. And that light doesn’t mean it’s over, it’s just there to guide you. Because every day could be a battle. ⁣
⁣
I stayed for the battle. But that’s not the only way. If you need to leave that’s okay too. Either way. You have to get to that light. ⁣
⁣
Don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Go to a meeting yourself. Grab a book (Co-Dependent No More, was helpful for me) listen to a podcast. Get yourself a village. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF⁣
⁣
