All Day Body with Suave Professionals #hair

You know that we love all things Suave around here, right? They are one of my absolute favorite drugstore products and I rock that Leave-In every time I am styling my hair! It gives you super volume! I am a huge Maria Menounos fan and have been for awhile. She’s making waves! Suave Professionals® spokesperson, Maria Menounos recently cut her long, luscious locks into this summer’s trendiest look – short, voluminous waves. The low-maintenance style is perfect for no-fuss summer days, but looks polished enough to rock at the office or a night on the town.

Gorgeous, right? I am absolutely obsessed with it! That body is a thing of legend. I’m always looking for ways to get that sort of body. I rock an inverted bob and body is a must. I had the chance to grab some tips from Suave Professionals® Celebrity Stylist Jenny Cho for creating this effortless look with the help of Suave Professionals® products!

All Day Body with Suave Professionals #hair

  • Start by using Suave Professionals® Natural Infusion All Day Body Leave-In Foam on damp hair. Blow dry hair with a large round brush to create volume. My personal tip for really fine hair is to flip your head over while you’re doing this.

All Day Body with Suave Professionals! #hair

  • Mist each section of hair with Suave Professionals® Touchable Finish Lightweight Hold Aerosol Hairspray and curl hair with 1 ¼ inch curling iron for a softer look.
  • Flip hair over and gently shake the curls out, finishing with hairspray while the hair is flipped over to create more volume.
  • Finalize your look and sweep long bangs over to one side to frame the face.

Super easy, right? Just grab yourself some Suave and you can get this gorgeous style at home!

The Global Burden of Armed Violence 2014 database shows that between 2007 and 2012, on average, 60,000 women were killed violently around the world. ⁣

A total of 87,000 women were intentionally killed in 2017. More than half of them (58 per cent) ̶ 50,000 ̶ were killed by intimate partners or family members, meaning that 137 women across the world are killed by a member of their own family every day. More than a third (30,000) of the women intentionally killed in 2017 were killed by their current or former intimate partner ̶ someone they would normally expect to trust.⁣

🔟 Creating this community has been one of my favorite things about life. What will you find here?! Easy beauty tips and tutorials, attainable fashion, endless Amazon finds, but also the UNCOMFORTABLE stuff: pap smears, depression, anxiety, the effects my husbands addiction had on our marriage, eating disorders, struggles with fertility, body acceptance, and being comfortable in your own skin. I try to keep it as real as humanly possible. Being so vulnerable all of the time isn’t the easiest thing but if it helps just one person feel less alone, I’m good! ⠀⁣

Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thin Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. ⁣
⁣
We’re about two hit two years since Jim entered rehab and I’m forever proud of the changes he made and the man he has become⁣
⁣
For the person reading this who loves an addict. It’s changed you, I know. It made you a little harder to reach. It made getting out a bed a little rough. It’s isolated you from groups of friends. Your hearts a little more closed off then it once was. Your trust is a little bit broken. You’ve felt more alone then you ever have. You’ve felt judged. You’ve felt betrayed. You’ve felt at fault.⁣
⁣
Whether you’re past it or still in the trenches. I want you to know some things. ⁣
⁣
I need you to know that it’s not your fault. I need you to know that you could not have done anything differently. I need you to know that you can’t cure it. You didn’t cause it. And you can’t control it. ⁣
⁣
Most of all I need you to know that it gets better. I need you to know that it’s ok to feel happiness again. It’s ok to put yourself first. It’s ok to take care of your. ⁣
⁣
And you’re not alone. ⁣
⁣
I promise you that there’s a light on this side of the tunnel just waiting for you to walk through. And that light doesn’t mean it’s over, it’s just there to guide you. Because every day could be a battle. ⁣
⁣
I stayed for the battle. But that’s not the only way. If you need to leave that’s okay too. Either way. You have to get to that light. ⁣
⁣
Don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Go to a meeting yourself. Grab a book (Co-Dependent No More, was helpful for me) listen to a podcast. Get yourself a village. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF⁣
⁣
