[…] 10. Raspberry Mojito […]
Heyoooooo errrbody! I’m back and with a whole new set of awesome for you! Instead of being Ange’s resident hair guru (I chopped off all my hair, by the way), I am now the Sultan of Swig, bringing you all sorts of cocktail goodness for you to try! We are going to start out with some fresh, delicious, and fun, with this here Raspberry Mojito recipe. A fruity twist on a classic cocktail, the mojito originally features mint and lime with rum and soda water. For this bad boy, however, we’re adding raspberries and Sprite for tangy, sweet flavor that you are sure to love.
Have you ever muddled ingredients before? Basically, you are just taking a few ingredients and mashing them together to release their flavors. You’re going to do that with some mint, raspberries, a couple ice cubes, and half a shot of clear rum.
Muddle them with whatever you have on hand. I generally use the blunt end of a wooden spoon. Just mash them all together. Yum. Drop in a slice of lime, fill the glass with ice, then add another 3/4 shot of rum and top it off with Sprite. Garnish with a few extra mint leaves and a fresh raspberry and enjoy.
This raspberry mojito recipe is refreshing to the max!
You want to make your own, right? Check out the recipe below!
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Raspberries

- Ice
- 1.25 oz Rum
- 4 oz Sprite
- In a low ball glass, add several leaves of fresh mint, 4-5 raspberries, a couple ice cubes and 1/2 ounce of rum. Muddle gently to mix and smash the mint and raspberries, releasing their flavors into the ice and rum.
- Add the slice of lime, then fill the glass with ice. Add the remaining rum and the sprite, garnish with a few extra mint leaves and raspberries and enjoy!

Anyway, thank you so much for linking up this deliciousness with the Found & Foraged party- so thrilled to have you! xo, Laura
I LOVE mojitos, but I have the hardest time finding fresh mint here. I’m always stoked when I do since that means MOJITOS!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a raspberry one before though.
That drink looks amazing. I love a good mojito!
Ha! Tweet que, yes I completely agree I have no idea how these things are part of our vocabulary now!
This looks absolutely fabulous! I may try with cranberries for a more seasonal take!
