This season can get a little crazy for everyone. I’m not sure what the holidays do to people but I feel like the stress multiplies and the sleep disappears. I work from home and along with running this site, my full time job gets super busy this time year. I always make it a point to stick to some quick and easy tips to make sure I am looking and feeling my best at all times. It helps alleviate a bit of that stress too. I thought it would be fun to share my tips with you and have you guys let me know what your tips are.
TIP ONE //
- Drink water. I’ve chatted about how I trick myself into drinking water and I stand by that. Water is not only going to keep your skin healthy but you will feel less lethargic if you’re properly hydrated.
TIP TWO //
- Get the right amount of sleep. I know that this is daunting and when you’re on a deadline you might think that pulling an all nighter is the only option. The work will be there in the morning so be sure to get some rest so you wake up refreshed and ready to kick this new days butt!
TIP THREE //
- Smile. Always smile. Even when you’re super stressed or starting to get irritable I find that if you just smile everything starts to get and feel better. A smile has the ability to brighten your day and even someone elses, try it, I dare you!
