Save On Your Entire Hair Routine With Suave & TRESemmé! Luxury style with affordable prices.

How many times have you walked up and down the hair care aisle with wide eyes? It’s sometimes a daunting task to figure out what the best of the best when we’re thinking about drugstore brands. Anytime that I visit the store, I’m going with three things in mind: trusted brand, quality product, budget friendly. Suave and TRESemmé have everything I need to check off those categories.

Instead of experiencing hair product shopping as such an incredibly daunting task. I go straight to the brands I trust, this strategy assures that I will get a quality look at-home without spending a crazy amount of money.  You can do anything from a messy do or a runway chic ponytail; Suave and TRESemmé has everything you need and then some.

I have been using the Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Shampoo & Conditioner for over a year now, I absolutely love it. It’s a duo that I always go back to. I’m sometime trying other stuff out for the blog but nothing has come close to these two. It makes your hair so smooth. super sleek, no frizz, and the scent is absolutely amazing. I’ve found myself literally sniffing my hair after getting out of the shower.

We’ve chatted about shampoo and conditioner so let’s jump right into style. Whether you’re wanting a sleek look or a messy-do. TRESemmé is all you need style wise. I absolutely love that these are in the Perfectly (Un)Done line of products, they really speak to the type of styles I like to rock. I have super thin hair that really lacks volume, one of the best ways to get extra volume and some texture is to use a sea salt spray on your roots while they’re wet. TRESemmé Sea Salt Spray With Sea Kelp Extract is perfect for this. I just spritz it on and blow dry and I get the texture I crave.

After I’ve style, I obviously want it to stay in place, so I’ve totally been reaching for my TRESemmé Ultra-brushable Hairspray for a flexible hold that doesn’t leave my hair too sticky or crunchy. I only use touchable hold hairsprays because I hate having the look/feeling of hairspray and this one is superb! This duo is sure to give you the perfect style for a night out with the gals!

I use and love a lot of Suave’s hair products, GREAT prices too, the dry oil spray, dry shampoo and Keratin Infusion Shampoo & Conditioner are staples.

In 2019, Turkey had nearly 500 RECORDED femicides. ⁣

The Global Burden of Armed Violence 2014 database shows that between 2007 and 2012, on average, 60,000 women were killed violently around the world. ⁣

A total of 87,000 women were intentionally killed in 2017. More than half of them (58 per cent) ̶ 50,000 ̶ were killed by intimate partners or family members, meaning that 137 women across the world are killed by a member of their own family every day. More than a third (30,000) of the women intentionally killed in 2017 were killed by their current or former intimate partner ̶ someone they would normally expect to trust.⁣

Wanna hear some random things about me?! ⁣ ⁣ 1 Wanna hear some random things about me?! ⁣

1️⃣ My hair has been over 50 different colors. Some of them all at the same time. It’s naturally blonde though⠀⁣
⠀⁣
2️⃣ I went to an all girls catholic high school and was asked not to take Spanish 3 because I talked too much 🤣⠀⁣
⠀⁣
3️⃣ I have two cats, a dog, and a husband that I’ve been with since I was 16 years old⠀⁣
⠀⁣
4️⃣ I’m a double ♊️ which means I’m talkative, fiercely loyal and endlessly curious. Paired with being an enneagram 8 and it probably also means I’m a little bit psycho 🤣⠀⁣
⠀⁣
5️⃣ I listen to murder podcasts to fall asleep.⠀⁣
⠀⁣
6️⃣ Playing with makeup is my happy place. ⠀⁣
⠀⁣
7️⃣ I love the hottest hot sauces that most people won’t even smell. ⠀⁣
⠀⁣
8️⃣ I recently became a plant mom and it escalated quickly⁣
⠀⁣
9️⃣ If I won the lottery I’d buy a tiny house in the middle of nowhere ⁣

🔟 Creating this community has been one of my favorite things about life. What will you find here?! Easy beauty tips and tutorials, attainable fashion, endless Amazon finds, but also the UNCOMFORTABLE stuff: pap smears, depression, anxiety, the effects my husbands addiction had on our marriage, eating disorders, struggles with fertility, body acceptance, and being comfortable in your own skin. I try to keep it as real as humanly possible. Being so vulnerable all of the time isn’t the easiest thing but if it helps just one person feel less alone, I’m good! ⠀⁣
⁣
🌟 I’m so glad you’re here! I’d love to hear a fun fact about you!! 🌟 ⁣

Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thin Loving an addict is one of if not the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. ⁣
⁣
We’re about two hit two years since Jim entered rehab and I’m forever proud of the changes he made and the man he has become⁣
⁣
For the person reading this who loves an addict. It’s changed you, I know. It made you a little harder to reach. It made getting out a bed a little rough. It’s isolated you from groups of friends. Your hearts a little more closed off then it once was. Your trust is a little bit broken. You’ve felt more alone then you ever have. You’ve felt judged. You’ve felt betrayed. You’ve felt at fault.⁣
⁣
Whether you’re past it or still in the trenches. I want you to know some things. ⁣
⁣
I need you to know that it’s not your fault. I need you to know that you could not have done anything differently. I need you to know that you can’t cure it. You didn’t cause it. And you can’t control it. ⁣
⁣
Most of all I need you to know that it gets better. I need you to know that it’s ok to feel happiness again. It’s ok to put yourself first. It’s ok to take care of your. ⁣
⁣
And you’re not alone. ⁣
⁣
I promise you that there’s a light on this side of the tunnel just waiting for you to walk through. And that light doesn’t mean it’s over, it’s just there to guide you. Because every day could be a battle. ⁣
⁣
I stayed for the battle. But that’s not the only way. If you need to leave that’s okay too. Either way. You have to get to that light. ⁣
⁣
Don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Go to a meeting yourself. Grab a book (Co-Dependent No More, was helpful for me) listen to a podcast. Get yourself a village. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF⁣
