Cocktail hour, on a Saturday? Yep, you got it right! If you’ve ever browsed my about page you will know that me and wine are best friends. I love it. White wine is my absolute favorite and you know what’s even better? A fruit filled jar of white wine sangria. So today I am here to share with you the best damn sangria recipe there ever was. It’s super easy to make and even easier to drink, go get you some right meow, my friends!
So the easiest part of this is grabbing a few bottles of white wine, my favorite to use is riesling. It’s the absolute best. I buy a few cheap bottles of that to get started. Then the fruit, I just ran to my local Walmart and grabbed two containters of seasonal melons, then used some grapes and pear slices that I already had in my fridge.
That’s the best part, if you have a bunch of fruit in the fridge? Just throw it in. I don’t like to add ice to my sangria because it will water it down so a little pro tip… freeze your grapes to keep it icy cool!
And what you have all been waiting for… what makes it the best damn sangria recipe? Vodka! Have you tried the Kissed Caramel vodka from Smirnoff? It’s pretty much the most amazing thing on the face of this planet, the only thing that can make it better is adding it to this sangria. It’s the secret weapon and gives this the best caramel taste paired with the melon and it’s utter perfection.
Ready to learn how to make this baby? Let’s get started!
- 3 bottles of white wine
- 1 cup of kissed caramel vodka
- fruit of your choice
- pour in 3 bottles of wine
- add your kissed caramel vodka
- add your fruit
- stir and enjoy
Let me know if you try this recipe out!
