Unless you have been living under a rock you definitely have heard the chatter about the new Naked palette from Urban Decay! It’s Smoky and it’s gorgeous and everything we imagined it would be and it’s finally here.
This palette is coming at your strong with twelve gorgeous shadows in a variety of finishes. With a brand new type of brush to accompany it. It’s love. I am actually in love with it. It’s housed in a sturdy plastic packaging with a gorgeous smoky design. Obsessed.
The brush is perfect for this palette. One side is a pencil brush and the other is amazing for blending. It’s actually my favorite part of this whole package. The pencil side is everything.
So the shades, instead of being categorized by shade are categorized by finish. The first four are shimmery glitter shadows, the next four are a satin finish without glitter and the last four are gorgeous matte shades. NINE of the shadows are brand spanking new and never before seen, three are re-promotes from Vice & Vice 2. Get excited. I am.

High (champagne shimmer w/micro-glitter), Dirtysweet (medium bronze), Radar (metallic taupe w/iridescent micro-glitter) (Vice 2), Armor (metallic silver-taupe w/tonal sparkle) (Vice), Slanted (light metallic gray), Dagger (medium charcoal w/micro-shimmer)

Black Market (jet-black satin)(Vice), Smolder (deep plum-taupe), Password (cool taupe matte), Whiskey (rich brown matte), Combust (soft pink-taupe) and Thirteen (light beige satin)
Combust and Thirteen are my two absolute favorites, I’ve died and gone to heaven. They are just everything. They give me life. Needless to say, this palette is a home run for me and you absolutely need it in your life. Like right now!! It’s available for $54, Naked Smoky is available from Sephora, ULTA and select Macy’s stores. Or, online at sephora.com, ulta.com, macys.com, beauty.com and urbandecay.com.
I love this palette. I just got the naked2 basics and am currently obsessed with that but this is now on my list. I realllllllly love smolder, looks gorgeous.
Love the brush that comes with it. Gorgeous palate!
