It’s cocktail hour and I am so excited for this little drink. It’s so delicious. Going into this recipe I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to do and I was going to try and come up with a candy cane cocktail but I feel like the candy cane shooters from last year pretty much take care of that craving. So I thought I would give you something that would be perfect for Christmas but also pure perfection for New Years Eve. Because we’ve got some champs in here! Get excited.
Isn’t she pretty? I think for sure this is going to be our official Christmas Eve cocktail. I’m a tiny bit in love with the limited edition Smirnoff Peppermint Vodka. It’s absolutely delicious and really lends itself nicely to this fun cocktail. Creating cocktails may be one of the most fun things ever. I’m by no means a professional but I am definitely creative so it’s fun to see what surprises lie ahead when I start mixing stuff up. I’ve had some epic failures but this was for sure a win.
So what you’ll need for this cocktail: ice, fresh raspberries, champagne and limited edition Smirnoff Peppermint Vodka. Super easy. Super delish. Super chic.
I have to just love on this bottle for a moment because it’s so pretty! Grab one for yourself but also get one for a super festive gift and be the hero of the holiday party!
- 16oz champagne
- 3 oz limited edition smirnoff peppermint vodka
- fresh raspberries
- Add champagne and vodka over ice in a cocktail jigger and shake.
- Pour into your glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
So super easy and absolutely delicious, am I right? Just can’t get enough? Be sure to head on over and check out my girlfriends as we have a virtual cocktail hour and show you just what this vodka can do!
