I’ve been thinking a lot about Weight Watchers recently. It’s always been easiest for me when it comes to losing weight. Because you can eat whatever you want and never feel deprived. It’s all about learning to make healthier choices. It’s like a game for me, I make healthier choices and I have more points to play with. I want to get back on track. And I want to be tracking everything. I figured the easiest way to do that is to put together some Weight Watchers recipes and put them into my meal plan. It’s a lot easier to stay on track when the points are listed for you. I signed back up for Weight Watchers a few weeks back but I haven’t kept at it steadily. That all changes this week. I’m gonna hop on the scale and weigh-in and go from there. I know a lot of readers who follow weight watchers and some who want to get started so along with the recipes I’ve put together from around the web, I’m gonna share a few of my favorite cookbooks.
I’m all about easy, so Cook It Fast is definitely a fave for me. The New Complete Cookbook has over 500 recipes inside and each of them includes the new Smart Points value, so the work is done for you! It doesn’t get any easier than that.
