About three years ago or so we created a Fitness Tracker Printables post and it is one of our most loved posts. But it’s a bit outdated design wise so I thought it would be fun to go ahead and make an updated version. It’s the beginning of a new year so it’s likely that some of y’all have some new fitness goals. I hope these will help you meet those goals!
This one is cool because you can track your goals at the beginning of the month and then go ahead and check in at the end. And the next one is a daily tracker that you can go ahead and check off each day that you exercise and fill in what you did and how long you did it for!
