I’m not a food blogger so if you’re here for some fancy-ass recipe you are surely in the wrong spot. A bunch of you asked for this recipe when I posted it on Instagram so I figured I’d put it somewhere to live forever
This was delicious. I’ve been looking up different overnight oats recipes for a few weeks now so that I could have something that was easy to grab and go in the mornings. I found a few but wanted to tweak some to make my own. It took under 5 minutes to prep and then I just sat it in the fridge overnight and all was well with the world. I got up, grabbed it and had a delicious + filling breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 CUP EXTRA THICK ROLLED OATS
- 1 TBSP FLAX SEED
- 1 TBSP PB2 POWDER
- 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK
- 1 TSP MONKFRUIT SWEETENER
- 1 TBSP PEPITAS
DIRECTIONS
Layer the dry ingredients and pour in the milk. Shake it up. Leave it in the fridge for 8 hours. Enjoy cold or toss it in the microwave for 45 seconds.
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- FROZEN FRUIT (BERRIES, DRAGON FRUIT, BANANAS) OF YOUR CHOICE
- PEPITAS
- COCONUT SHAVINGS
You can grab most of these ingredients straight from Amazon! This Monkfruit Sweetener is truly the only sugar replacement that I’ve ever tried that didn’t taste like ass! This here is the PB2 I used.
You can grab flax seed here and rolled oats here! The Pepitas which you can grab right here are a necessity they give it that perfect crunch!
